The Fourth Kind

So I went to see The Fourth Kind at the theater and it was disturbing to say the least. My boyfriend is a true skeptic of anything but that based on science so we had some interesting discussions about the movie afterwards. If you haven't seen the movie, it is worth seeing in my opinion. However, after doing my own research I am more leaning toward fiction than fact. Are they making us sick for profit?

So I have had this conversation with several people and am starting to really wonder. Is it just me or do we seem to be straying from cures and moving toward consistent pattern of medicating for life in the medical industry. I just don't seem to hear many, I was healed stories from people anymore. I hear about someones medical problem and then I hear about the long list of drugs they are taking to keep their problem at bay. Of course the medication that is being taken always includes a long list of side effects, and then the person ends up taking more medication to deal with those as well and on and on...

When I am trying to decide whether I believe that a so called conspiracy theory may have merit. I follow the mighty dollar bill. I ask, is it profitable? Would it be profitable for the medical industry to stop curing people and keep them sick only to feed them prescription medications for life. I would say yes. Of course that isn't enough to make me jump on the bandwagon but I think I will pry a little more. Here are a few videos I found on YouTube. What do you think?

Planet X and the 2012 Ramblings

So I have been hearing multiple stories surrounding the upcoming end of the Mayan calendar during December 2012. There is a group of people who believe the end is coming and now there is even the upcoming movie titled 2012. I thought this YouTube video was worth watching. Really have not come up with any solid beliefs either way on this subject. I figure if the world is going to end in three years and there is nothing I can do, I'm just gonna go on living till then...
